My friend Stephanie got married last March.  I hosted a bridal shower in February for her (yes, 2011 *hangs head in shame*). This is perhaps one of the most unconventional bridal showers I have ever done. A darling friend of mine (Kristen) was getting married and I knew I wanted to throw her shower with another friend (hi Stephie!).  So we sat down and brainstormed a ton of ideas about what we wanted to do for her shower. I have to say, the last few weeks at my house have been INSANE.  It has just been one thing after another, but through it all, God is still good. It all started with the crazy weather.  We had some of the coldest temperatures on record a few weeks ago.  It was in the -14 area I think.  For people up north I’m sure that is nothing, but for us in the south, that is huge!  Schools were cancelled, businesses closed, and APS couldn’t start their buses.  We ended up having a frozen water pipe (which thankfully did NOT burst), [...]

I realize that I need to include more pictures in my blog posts.  The problem, however, is that we have so many that is was slowing down our computers.  Greg ended up putting them on an external harddrive.  Since he has yet to show me how to take them off, I am left with words.  Oh well.  I should have a lot more to include in the coming weeks.
